Finland offers free trips to teach people how to be happy! From travel expenses and private schooling to the luxury villa, everything will be covered by Visit Finland.
The Finns seem to really know what they're doing when it comes to happiness - and now the country has announced that it will finally share its secret recipe for happiness.
That's right: Finland offers a happiness Masterclass to a group of 10 people. It will last four days at the luxurious Kuru Resort and will be completely free. Participants will stay in villas surrounded by pine forests and picturesque views, each with its own spa center and private sauna.
The masterclass will take place between June 12 and 15, during which the lucky group will learn from leading experts how to find their inner balance and how to connect with nature and themselves.
Those interested applied online on the Find Your Inner Finn website and had to create content on Instagram or TikTok to explain what makes them think they could be Finns and why they want to participate in this masterclass.
Heli Jimenez, senior director of international marketing at Business Finland, behind the campaign, said: "One question we often get is, 'How are you so happy?' We believe that Finnish happiness comes from a close relationship with nature and our down-to-earth lifestyle: it is not a mystical state, but a skill that can be learned and shared." We want to help people find and master that Finnish state of mind. For our master course we chose the best coaches, one of the most amazing resorts in Finland in the middle of the beautiful Finnish nature, as well as a period at the beginning of summer", he added.
It doesn't sound bad at all.
