It's definitely the season for an outdoor meal, and if you're spending your vacation in Europe, here are some picnic locations that are most appreciated by locals and tourists, where you can enjoy a real experience in an oasis of peace and beauty while enjoying a relaxing lunch:


St. James Park, London

Among the countless beautiful places in London where you can enjoy a picnic, Saint James Park is definitely one of the best suited. The landscape here is of particular beauty, with generous meadows and gardens among the most colorful in London, a picture completed by wonderful birds, of very varied species.



Vondelpark, Amsterdam

St Anne's Park, Dublin

St. Anne's Park is located in the Clontarf district of Dublin. The 240-acre park has many excellent spots for a picnic, or stroll through the park along the sea and nearby Bull Island after your meal.


Cinquatenaire Park, Brussels

The Cinquatenaire Park in Brussels has the shape of a pentagon and is adjacent to the European quarter. It is a popular place for joggers as well as outdoor classes such as yoga or aerobics. It's a good place to set up a picnic blanket, and the best corner is between the Arc de Triomphe and Schuman metro station. Not only does it offer you a view of the fountain with the impressive construction in the background, but at sunset you also have a majestic view of the sun setting between the arches.
