Chef Nicolaie Tomescu was born on August 19, 1980 in Arad and always grew up in the kitchen. His father was the one who set the tone for "what we eat today." In time, he began to cook on his own, always surprising his family with something, thus becoming a reliable help for his family.

In the almost 20 years since he practiced this profession he has accumulated a vast experience, over 700 cooking books, knives of all kinds and many tools for the kitchen, enough to use, at this moment, a kitchen of 40-50 places.

Chef Nicolaie Tomescu modestly says that the awards and distinctions he has received throughout his professional career so far are less relevant, considering that the biggest award is the result of an event, the success of a dish, the team of chefs of the restaurant you run or the fact that he always wants to deepen new information, new cooking techniques and the originality of the dishes that come out of his hand.
