The TUNE INTO YOUR BODY - YOGA FLOW Class has been specially designed to address this need for awareness of one's own body, so that later we can use it to its true capacity.

This weekly yoga experience helps you to become more flexible, more agile, to improve your general body posture and to have an excellent tone.

Yoga is for everyone, its asanas / postures can be adapted for all levels of practitioners.

At our 60-minute classes, from the comfort of your home, you have the perfect opportunity to enjoy and discover, at your own pace, the benefits of this wonderful experience.

What does the experience include?

• 60 minutes of yoga flow (includes guided meditation, breathing exercises and asanas), all for your well-being
• Live streaming online session with Sabrina, Yoga Alliance certified yoga instructor (200hr Teacher Training Program)
• Enjoy and relax from this class from the comfort of your home, at your own pace

Requirements for participants:

Minimum age: 18 years

Sporty outfit as comfortable as possible, which allows the body to breathe

You will need internet access and the Zoom application installed
