Wicked Barrel Brewery Tour with craft beer tasting

Discover the history of the Wicked Barrel craft brewery, built in an idyllic place at the foot of Mount Ceahlau, by Radu Andries. A story of special beers, which soon conquered cities such as Bucharest, Iasi, Cluj or Timisoara.

It should be mentioned that in the world top 10 compiled by the experts in the field in 2018, four of the Wicked Barrel beers qualified.

Take advantage of this period of relaxation, free time and weather that invites you to travel of all kinds and discover the Wicked Barrel universe.

Come with friends or family to a guided tour of the microbrewery, led by Radu himself. Obviously, for a complete experience, you will taste four types of craft beer and you will find out what makes them so special. Everything in a fairytale landscape, with fresh air and mountain water.

Upon arrival at the brewery, you will meet with the hosts to tour it, along the route of its production process. Each stage of the Wicked Barrel craft beer production process will be explained by the hosts, who will answer your questions and tell interesting things behind this brand born from the passion for beer. The tour will end with a beer tasting.

Wicked Barrel microbrewery is located 10 km from Bicaz, in the village of Neagra, Neamt County. And if you like what you will see and taste, you will be able to take with you, directly from the source, Wicked Barrel beers, at a special price.

What does the experience include?

• Guided tour of the Wicked Barrel brewery
• Tasting session for 4 Wicked Barrel beers (160 ml each): Pilsner, Pale Ale, India Pale Ale, Imperial Stout
• Cheese tasting at the farm near the micro-brewery, where the cows are fed malt from Wicked Barrel beer
• 5% discount on Wicked Barrel beers purchased for home directly from the micro-brewery

Minimum age: 18 years

For tasting, the number of participants must be even (2, 4, 6 s.a.m.d. people)

The micro-brewery tour is not conditioned by the number of people

Weekly, every Saturday and Sunday, between 12:00 and 17:00 (the period communicated for the micro-brewery tour - June-December 2021 - may vary, depending on the regulations in force regarding the measures to limit the spread of COVID- 19)

Session duration: 60-90 minutes

How it works:

All you have to do is select the experience and follow the necessary steps to make the payment. The date you will communicate to us, you will be expected at the Wicked Barrel micro-brewery.

After making the payment, you will receive by email the registration confirmation and the additional data necessary to enjoy a complete tasting experience.
