GENERAL DATA

Requirements for participants:

During the tour, participants will need to wear a COVID-19 protective mask (it is important to bring your own mask);

To reduce congestion, the number of participants / tour is limited;

It is important to arrive on time (we recommend arriving at the location 15 minutes before the tour time). Access to the stadium after the scheduled time is not guaranteed;

The access voucher can be used only once for the selected date and time;

The access voucher will be shown on the mobile phone at the access point to the stadium, together with an identity card;

Participants with pets are not allowed (except guide dogs);

The tour includes climbing stairs and escalators. Therefore, it is not recommended that participants come with luggage, strollers, wheelchairs, etc;

During the tour, please follow the instructions and routes provided by the Club staff;

Important information

The tour does not include transportation to and from the location. This is done on its own by each participant;

This tour takes place freely, on your own inside the stadium, without the presence of a guide;

Santiago Bernabéu is currently undergoing refurbishment work. This means that the tour schedule and routes are subject to change without notice;

Access point inside the stadium: Tower C of the Santiago Bernabéu stadium (located at the intersection of Paseo de la Castellana with Calle Concha Espina);

How do you get there?

By bus

• The nearest bus stops are: Lima-Santiago Bernabéu, Plaza Lima, and Santiago Bernabéu
• Buses: # 14, # 27, # 40, # 126, # 147, # 150, N22, N24.

With the subway

• The nearest metro station is Santiago Bernabéu, a 2-minute walk from the stadium.
• Subway # 10 will take you there.

Starting with July 01st, 2022;

*Tours take place every day of the year (except January 1 and December 25);

On match days, the tour is open up to 5 hours before the start of the respective matches;

Estimated tour duration: 45 minutes.

*Timings:

Monday to Saturday from 9:30 to 19:00 (last access time);

Sundays and public holidays from 10:00 to 18:30 (last access time).
