Sound Healing Therapy with Monica Filip

This deep experience gives you the opportunity to pamper yourself in a sound bath, to experience self-care, regeneration and relaxation. You will spend an hour and a half accompanied by the sounds of the instruments brought by Monica Filip from India, from the Svaram Institute.

Take comfortable clothes with you, because the experience takes place in a relaxed and cozy position. During the 90 minutes, Monica will vibrate instruments that imitate the elements of nature such as water, fire, wind, earth, storm - elements that are meant to deeply and gently reset us and bring us back to our primordial state, that of intuition, peace and happiness with everything we experience in our lives.
