In this class you learn to work with each chakra separately, releasing stagnant energy on different physical and emotional levels, eliminating old diseases (with constant practice) and accessing the natural state of well-being and relaxation, through repetitive yoga positions, mantras and specific meditations each individual chakra.
This class is also addressed to beginners in the kundalini practice.
