The old and perhaps the most beautiful neighborhood in Bucharest, the Cotroceni neighborhood, with a history of over 500 years, is waiting for you to discover its secrets, to find out its stories and to walk the chic streets.
The Cotroceni neighborhood, one of the oldest areas of the capital, is recognized as a select area with a long history. Initially, the estate of Serban Cantacuzino, the area was transformed into a royal one after the construction of the palace of King Carol I in 1888 and thus, it developed to become a neighborhood with a unique architecture.
