Cocktail Connections: Happy Hour in Japan (online)

Join our local expert Lauren for a virtual cocktail session live from Japan. With 20 years of experience in the food, beverage and tourism industries, Lauren will share with you some fun DIY cocktails, show you how to prepare your own delicious Japanese-style cocktails and mocktails, from the comfort of your own home, and will answer any questions you may have about living in Tokyo.

This is a special experience if you want to discover Japan and its amazing culture.

The "Cocktail Connections" experience lasts 60 minutes, during which we will meet virtually, we will talk, we will taste and we will learn new things together! This is a great opportunity to connect with a local, wherever you are in the world. At the end of the session, all participants will also receive special information, recipes and useful resources.

The experience is conducted in English.

What does the experience include?

• We create 2 extraordinary cocktails together (with ingredients that can be easily found, wherever you are)

• The AMA format - "Ask me anything" - we ask and receive answers about Cocktails, about Japan, culture, gastronomy and Japanese travel

Requirements for participants:

• Tools needed during the virtual experience: spoon (bar spoon if you have, but otherwise the simple spoon will work well) and 2 glasses
• Shaker (optional)
• The list of ingredients (at hand) needed to make cocktails will be emailed to participants, after confirming registration for this experience. The cocktail recipes that are the subject of the virtual experience change depending on the season, so please contact us in advance, if you have any questions, before booking.
• It is advisable to have knowledge of English in order to fully enjoy this experience
• Good internet connection
• Make sure you have the Zoom app installed on the device from which you want to participate in the experience (installing the app is free. Access this link to download it - https://zoom.us )
• Connect with the hosts of the experience 5 minutes before the start time. Don't be late!
• Number of participants: 1-10 people
