Whether you are at home or on vacation, book an hour of your time, every Friday, to relax and discover the benefits of a practice that will keep you in excellent physical and emotional shape.
In an era of speed, in which we are always on the run, we end up treating our body like a simple machine that we often abuse, without understanding its exact subtleties. The TUNE INTO YOUR BODY - YOGA FLOW class has been specially designed to address this need for Awareness of one's own body, so that later we can use it to its true capacity.
Each person has their own rhythm, which must be respected and understood. At TUNE INTO YOUR BODY - YOGA FLOW we will calibrate our emotions and turn our attention to an aspect of our practice (presence, senses, breathing), which we will work on with grace, understanding and respect for what we are, Here and Now.
The class will begin with a short guided meditation, followed by a few moments of introspection, breathing exercises (pranayama) and asanas (physical postures) specific to Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga.
Benefits: improving general mood, mental clarity, strength, flexibility, strengthening the bone and muscle system, balancing the endocrine glands, recognition and appreciation of one's own body's abilities.
What does the experience include?
- 60 minutes of yoga flow (includes guided meditation, breathing exercises and asanas), all for your well-being
- Live streaming online session with Sabrina, Yoga Alliance certified yoga instructor (200hr Teacher Training Program)
- Breathing exercises and asanas that help you work almost all the muscles in the body, to relax, to increase your self-confidence, to increase the flexibility of the body
- You enjoy and relax from this class from the comfort of your home (or from wherever you are and you can give yourself an hour of exercise), at your own pace

Requirements for participants:
Minimum age: 18 years
Clothes as comfortable as possible, which let the body breathe
You will need internet access and the Zoom application installed
Session duration: 60 minutes
Venue: the comfort of your home or wherever you are. All you need is an internet connection and an hour of your time.
Last day for registration: Every Thursday, 18:00
