Stand Up Paddle (SUP) is a unique sport that can be practiced in different types of locations where there is water, with a minimum of equipment and training. SUP has amazing health benefits (similar to fitness) and has seen rapid growth worldwide.

We offer you the opportunity to fully enjoy a SUP session on the Herastrau lake, where you will relax and find your balance.

We invite you to this experience, regardless of your level of training, because you will feel good, guaranteed! If you are a beginner, all you need is a set of change clothes, in case you get wet during the session. But, even so, it is unlikely, because the board you will use is very stable, and the instructors will help you keep your balance easily.

How it works:

All you have to do is select the experience and follow the necessary steps to reserve the seat, followed by making the payment.

You will receive by email the electronic voucher (on the basis of which you will have access to the experience when you want), but also additional information regarding its development.
