Spring Detox Yoga Cleansing

This special yoga class is focused on stimulating the digestive fire and setting stagnant energy in motion to support the body in the detoxification process.

The session is based on introspective movement flows that restore the mind, body and spirit, incorporating twists, light inversions, circular movements and postures that help eliminate impurities and toxins from the body.

Effective detoxification means healthier skin, better memory and ability to concentrate, improved digestion, strong immune system, energy and restful sleep. Well-being ensures a calm, clear mind and free from habits that lead to the accumulation of toxins.
